Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food! Some dishes are a bit pricey, but you rarely find them in other Vietnamese restaurants. My favorite is roasted quail and I try to get some whenever Im in town. I recommend starting with the dishes in pictured menu, except the seafood soup.
My first time here, it was good experience. Service was good and the B14 in my opinion was ROCKIN. Same with the house specialty fried rice.

Easily the best fried rice, egg rolls and Pho in Milwaukee county. They have other foods that are great but these three are our favorites. I have been coming here for over 18years. Never disappointed.
Always a pleasant experience eating at Phans! Friendly staff and of course great food. Couple of things to note! This place really needs a make over. Furniture has seen better days and is border line in need of repair. Lastly! The prices have gone up quite a bit, I guess its the times we live in!
